First of all, my name is Sara, I am Italian and I have traveled for all my life.
As the title of the blog says, a bag under my bed is always ready.
I consider myself a backpacker, a nomadic person since I don’t feel I have any roots.
Everywhere I go, I like finding something that makes me feel home and I share this beautiful life with a gorgeous husband, Fabio.
Working as a travel agent gave me the possibility to get experience.
I worked also as a check-in hostess in one of the most important airports in Italy.
I like planning and tailoring my own travels and, in addition, I am concerned about getting the most out of them, without breaking the bank.
Above all, what interests me is to experience the “real life” of people, to live like they do, to eat their food (even if my husband likes this part better than me).
I don’t want to feel like a “tourist”, it’s not my game.
I have been organizing my trips for years and people used to tell me “How is it possible you are always traveling to such amazing places? How can you organize everything by yourself? Why don’t you help me doing the same?
Of course, I don’t want to be preachy. Instead, my goal is to share information and tips that worked for me.
I have realized that it’s not necessary to be rich to travel to wonderful places.
Certainly, it’s all about planning, researching, spending a lot of time on the Internet and, finally, putting everything together.
It takes time, energy and, most of all, passion.
Yes, it’s worth it.
Hope you will enjoy reading me.
I am an introvert and I have never written anything on Internet (I opened my Twitter, Facebook and Pinterest account last week), so don’t expect me to go crazy about sharing (especially on media).
The goal is just to write useful info about traveling and helping others.
Let me know all your questions, suggestions and problems.
